  1. Hey, this is rad! Its always hard to find cosplay items ( clothing, props or otherwise ) of decent quality, so its always nice when you get a gem. :,) Since this post was put up a while ago, have you gotten any other parts to the outfit, yet?
  2. Man, do I feel awkward posting two topics in a row. Even if they are over a month apart. I thought I'd post a couple of things I've recently finished, since drawing is about all I've done. I quit with the blogging thing, so art has taken up most of my non-existent schedule. Yeah,I'm working on the whole posing thing. I swear I am. >_>; Exhibit A is Johann Chu / Zihang Chu ( Dragon Raja ) and Exhibit B is Zhongli ( Genshin Impact ). On a side note: I wish more people posted their art here, I'd love to see what everyone else is working on or has finished up.
  3. Sorry I'm not the most active! I'm getting back into the swing of things. I've had some work to catch up on and commissions to complete. :, )

  4. PM me for my discord or check my 'About Me' section. I finally rejoined and I'm going to do my best to be active. Also, mods, I did attempt to join the server for this site -- the invite link is invalid. :[

  5. Yup! Katekyo Hitman Reborn. The show was good and all, but the books won out. It lasted 9 seasons ( if I recall right ) and I remember it ending so abruptly. Confusing as all heck, since I was in the process of reading through the books, too. I understand there's only so much that can be fit in, but still.. The books gave me so much more information and kept my attention better, not to mention I got to learn far more about the characters.
  6. True that! I've tried over the years to try and get a handle on at least some sort of cartoon style. Whether western or eastern. I never could get it and it seems so silly, because you have a lot more freedom. Realism is well.. realism. There's a little wiggle room, but not near as much as cartoons. Well, its definitely easier today! We've got nifty programs that allow animators and artists to do their thing. Thank you! I'll post now and then, whenever I've got something I think is worth throwing up here. 🙂
  7. .. on posting these. I can't draw anime anything to save my life, so a lot of the characters I draw from said anime movies/shows/games wind up just looking like " un-tooned " versions of themselves. These took about 12-13hrs each, I think. Watermarked for my blog, since that's where I post things first ( or at least schedule them to be posted first ). : D Diluc and Kaeya from Genshin Impact by Mihoyo.
  8. Welcome! :,D Its nice to meet a fellow art-person and cat lover.
  9. Sorry I'm not on much, guys. :,) Real life is being a little pesky.

  10. Thank you and hi! Sorry I'm just now replying. Real life is a drag. Not much is up, unfortunately. The same old same old. : ) What about you?
  11. Thank you @anime4all and @Mirusubete! :,) I'm sure I will.
  12. Hello, hello! Its been a pretty long time since I've introduced myself on a forum ( haha ). I come from AnimeForum.com, my original stomping grounds back from when I was a wee lassie. This isn't my first time here on the site, but it is my first time as a registered member. I go by Esuriey, Tokémon or whatever other silly moniker people can come up with. The very first anime I watched was Dr. Slump, but the first one I sat through in its entirety is Ranma 1/2. Most memorable series I watched is probably a tie between Card Captors and Katekyo Hi
This is one of the first animes I ever watched and its what got me hooked. CSS can be a little hard to follow if you aren't familiar with CLAMP's method of story telling and character development, but is overall a charming series. Its got pretty visuals and good continuity, so you don't feel like you're being tossed around story-wise. If you're not wanting to sit through a very long run, though, the books are a wonderful alternative. Just as pretty, well done and there are some parts that aren't shown in the anime itself.
Azumanga, an anime full of your typical stereotypes and slice of life moments that surprisingly fit in well. I remember watching this series when I was younger and always got a kick out of it. Very funny and perfect for when you don't know what you want to watch. My only complaint is some of the music they use in the background, but it can be easily overlooked in favor of the wonderful seiyuus/VAs.
